How Churches Can Adopt a Public School

Here is a blueprint churches can use to ease the Adopt-a-School process

There was time when churches were not welcome in public schools. Today, the opposite is true. Prinicpals across the United States are searching for the church’s assistance. Education used to be the responsibility of the church, from the creation of the very first school in The United States. For those of you who hear His call to reach out to children, especially those in the lowest performing schools, here is a blueprint churches can use to ease the Adopt-a-School process. This blueprint was created by the staff and volunteers of Second Presbyterian Church, Memphis, Tennessee.
