Tennessee Project Director
Diane joined Council for a Strong America in 2015, bringing nearly 15 years of education, advocacy, and policy experience to the organization.
She is the Project Director for ReadyNation Tennessee. Her responsibilities for ReadyNation include recruitment and education of Tennessee business leaders to help move policy in support of at-risk children in order to help them succeed in school and in life. The main focus of her work with CSA is on advancing federal and state policy on early education.
Prior to this position, Diane worked with the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development & Early Learning and the Capital Area Intermediate Unit to help established the Governor-appointed Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission. As Director she was responsible for recruiting, educating and engaging 76 business leaders on the Commission for increased investments in high quality early care and education.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Administration from Northeastern University and Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
