Terra Pascarosa

Associate Director, Mobilization

Terra Pascarosa Duff is the Associate Director of Mobilization. She is an expert non-profit policy grassroots advocate, campaign organizer, and strategic leader that comes to the Mobilization Team with more than 20 years of experience working on children’s education and health, military, social justice, and environmental issues. She most recently worked as the National Director for EARTHDAY.ORG and her own consulting firm, TerraScapes Environmental. Prior to that Terra worked with Moms Clean Air Force, Oceana, and the Pew Environment Group.

She is the proud single mother of her ten year old activist son Brady Owen Duff. Brady is her proudest achievement and he often travels and advocates with Terra for campaigns around the U.S. She was born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay in Hampton Roads, Virginia and the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest, Virginia. Terra grew up skiing, snowboarding, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking, camping, and playing on the beach with a family of naturalists, fisherman, and scientists who taught her to protect the world in which we live. She avidly loves the outdoors and wants to ensure current and future generations have the ability to enjoy the simplicity of nature that she works so hard to protect.

Terra is on the Advisory Board for Congresswoman Luria in the 2nd District of VA, a board member of the Chesapeake Bay Restoration Fund Advisory Committee, PTA Vice President of her son’s school, coach for her son’s sports teams, and volunteer for numerous community organizations.

Coupled with her educational background from Old Dominion University as a Geologist and environmental health scientist, Terra considers herself very blessed to work on projects that enhance and protect our children and the world in which we live.
