ReadyNation to Host Capitol Hill Child Care Briefing

Representatives Cheri Bustos and Martha Roby will provide remarks at the March 26 event

A recent study by ReadyNation highlighted the infant-and-toddler child care crisis’ damaging impact on the American economy. In all, this crisis costs our economy $57 billion per year.

On March 26th at 2:00 PM, ReadyNation members Jack Brennan (Chairman Emeritus and Senior Advisor, Vanguard) and Stephanie Doliveira (Vice President of Human Resources, Sheetz, Inc.) will join Reps. Cheri Bustos (D-IL) and Martha Roby (R-AL), as well as Council for a Strong America Director of Research Sandra Bishop-Josef, PhD, to explore how the shortage of affordable, high-quality child care harms economic growth. The panel will explore strong, bipartisan solutions that can benefit the workforce and businesses.
