Many of Delaware's most vulnerable students are falling behind their peers, and some are dropping out of school and contributing to crime in the state. State and local leaders are taking important steps to ensure all children get on the right track in life, such as by increasing access to early education. Our members back efforts to put Delaware children on track towards academic success, strong careers, and lives free of crime.
