Reception honors the historic number of veterans elected to serve in the 116th Congress
On April 9, 2019, Mission: Readiness hosted a reception on Capitol Hill to honor the historic number of veterans elected to serve in the 116th Congress. U.S. Representative Don Bacon (R-NE), a retired Brigadier General and Mission: Readiness member, provided remarks and discussed the need to ensure that young people grow up healthy, well educated, and on the right side of the law.
