Esteniolla Harbor

Esteniolla Harbor started her career over ten years ago as a community organizer advocating for education reform in Boston. Since then, her career has led to several roles in education as a classroom teacher, project manager, and development director. Before CSA, Esteniolla co-founded a national project that helped youth-centered organizations sustainably bridge political differences and confront societal issues.

Esteniolla is a proud graduate of Bryn Mawr College (B.A. in English) and the University of Massachusetts Boston (M.Ed.). In her free time, she works to prevent sexual and domestic violence as an advocate in her local community and as a consultant with a national SV/DV organization. Esteniolla is happily married to her husband, David, and loves serving with him at their local church.
