Keith Krutz

President of IMS Buhrke-Olson

Keith Krutz has been a member of ReadyNation since 2014. He graduated from the Tooling & Manufacturing Association (TMA) in 1983 with Tool & Die Certificate and worked as a Tool & Die Maker for various shops before going into machinery automation, becoming a builder/project manager. He started at Buhrke Industries in 1999 as a Tooling & Process Engineer and became the Director of Tooling in 2002 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations three years later, when Buhrke Industries was purchased by IMS. In the 2008 merger of IMS Buhrke and Olson International, Mr. Krutz became Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing the plant in Arlington Heights (consolidated with Olson’s Lombard facility) as well as Olson’s two plants in Mexico. Mr. Krutz then became President of IMS Buhrke-Olson in 2010. Mr. Krutz is currently serving on the board of the TMA Education Foundation and is President of the Parish Council at his local church and is a very involved member of the Ministers of Care, providing care to the elderly and sick.
