Latasha D. McCullar

Latasha D. McCullar is the Vice President of Operations at Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc., headquartered in Gulfport, Mississippi. She is a native of Philadelphia, MS. Tasha is a graduate of Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a Master of Science in Acquisition and Contract Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

Before joining Blacklidge, Tasha served as an Active-Duty Army Acquisition Officer. Over her 26 years of active Federal Service in the United States Army, she served in various leadership positions in Iraq, Egypt, Kuwait, and several locations in the United States. Tasha received numerous awards and honors over her career for her outstanding job.

At Blacklidge, Tasha leads a diverse team that manufactures and supplies asphalt products throughout the Southeastern United States. These products have been used to pave thousands of roads. She is known for her leadership and ability to create high-performing teams.

Tasha has made the Mississippi Gulf Coast her home and has loved the transition. She is very active in her community, serving as a board member for several other organizations.
