Mandla Deskins

Mandla Deskins joined Council for a Strong America in 2016 as a senior associate with Fight Crime: Invest In Kids. In this position, Mandla recruits and engages law enforcement leaders across 12 states, helping them promote solutions that cut crime and put kids on the path to success to state and federal policymakers.

Prior to joining the Council for a Strong America, Mandla held advocacy and organizing positions at national, state, and local non-profit organizations.

Mandla holds a B.A. in Journalism from Florida A & M University.
