Sarah Kramer Ozbun

Chief Executive Officer, Delta Lodging Group

Sarah Kramer Ozbun is the (C.E.O.) Chief Executive Officer of Delta Lodging Group, the state of Mississippi’s largest privately owned hotel management company.

After graduating from Southern Methodist University, where she double majored in journalism and art history, Ozbun accepted a job as a reporter for the Delta Democrat-Times in Greenville. Over the next five years, she advanced to accent editor and then managing editor and won multiple awards from the Mississippi Press Association for her investigative work and editorial columns.

After covering the groundbreaking of a hotel, Ozbun joined Delta Lodging Group, where she quickly advanced from a regional manager to Chief Operating Officer and then, in 2023, CEO.

Ozbun is a graduate of Leadership Washington County and Leadership Mississippi. She was named Washington County’s Businesswoman of the Year in 2023 and was appointed to the Mississippi Economic Council’s Board of Governors in 2024. Ozbun is also an active member of the Greenville Rotary Club, the executive committee of the Washington County Economic Alliance, Delta Cotton Belles, the United Way of Washington County, and the Junior Auxiliary. She was published on the front page of the Sunday edition of the New York Times in 2023 after covering the deadly tornado that devastated Rolling Fork.

Ozbun enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two stepsons in her spare time.
