Sreylak Bin-Hemingway

Manager, Operations and Impact

Sreylak Bin-Hemingway joined Council for a Strong America in May 2017, bringing over 14 years of administrative experience to her starting position as the Colorado State Assistant. A lifelong Coloradan, Sreylak and her husband, Daniel, live in Denver with their twin boys.

Prior to joining CSA, Sreylak worked in a public charter school serving at-risk students in grades K-12. In that role, Sreylak worked directly with the leadership of each learning center location as well as with the children enrolled in the school. She was an integral part of developing policies and procedures for the school as well as instilling a sense of teamwork in the organization.

In addition to her work history over the years, Sreylak serves as an Advisor for the Spirit of Cambodia Cultural Alliance and a community liaison. She has volunteered her time and expertise in teaching and performing traditional Khmer dances with the Cambodian Organization of Colorado, Colorado Heritage Camps, Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, and many other cultural events. She is an active PTO member at her boys’ elementary school, and a parent volunteer on their baseball team.
