Tom Fitch

Tom Fitch has been a member of ReadyNation since 2012. He worked as a structural engineer for several firms before joining O’Shea in 2002. At O’Shea, Fitch has held many positions, drawing-on his engineering background. As Vice President of Business Development, he pursues new opportunities for his company as well as helping strengthen relationships with existing client partners. He is also a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, a past Chairman of The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the Springfield YMCA and Heartland Credit Union.
