Tonya Ware
ReadyNation Project Director, Mississippi
Tonya Ware is the ReadyNation State Project Director in Mississippi. Ware most recently served as the Project Manager for Leadership Greater Jackson and Youth Leadership Jackson. She is also the CEO of The Success House, LLC, which provides success strategies and coaching to entrepreneurs and small business owners statewide, with the primary focus being to assist women in starting and owning their own businesses. The Mississippi Business Journal recently recognized her as a “50 Leading Business Women of Mississippi” Honoree. Ware earned her B.S. from Mississippi State University. In 2021, Tonya H. Ware completed the Yale University School of Management - Women in Leadership Executive Education Program. Tonya lives in the metro Jackson area with her husband and two children.
