Senior Advisor: Champions for America’s Future

Yolanda is Founder and CEO of Yolanda L. Jackson and Associates, Inc. a sports marketing firm specializing in athlete representation. With more than 30 years’ experience in the field and an in-depth knowledge of athletes, Yolanda has successfully cultivated and expanded strong alliances with corporate sponsors, organizations, sports industry executives and the media, to benefit her clients. Before launching her firm, she served for more than two decades with the Women’s Sports Foundation founded by Billie Jean King, where she created working relationships with hundreds of elite, Olympic, world-class and professional female athletes in all sports. Prior to this position, she was handpicked by tennis great Arthur Ashe to play a key role in the creation of his Arthur Ashe Athletic Association, which she continued to manage after his death. Yolanda currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Director of U.S. Synchronized Swimming, is an Advisor to the Black Women’s Health Imperative, and the Consulting Producer of the upcoming sports program After Sports, featuring retired athletes. She holds an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in Sociology from Iona College.
