They also offered solutions as to what the next administration can do to ensure that today’s young Americans are citizen ready and prepared to build a strong nation. The three main topics focused on were early education, home visiting programs, and healthy school nutrition, as outlined in the national report, the 2016 Citizen-Readiness Index.
