Child Care

Parents are children’s first and most important teachers. However, two-thirds of children under the age of 6 have both parents or their single parent in the workforce, and need a safe and stimulating environment.

Council for a Strong America supports greater access to high-quality child care to provide children with a strong foundation in life and improve parents’ productivity on the job.
